TO place an order or inquiry.....contact us either by the email link or by telephone. We have voice mail as at least one of us is often away at an event... SO YOU WILL PROBABLY GET THE VOICE MAIL...JUST LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND WE WILL RETURN THE CALL AS SOON AS WE RETURN. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED AN ANSWER BY PHONE OR EMAIL IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, PLEASE....PLEASE....CALL OR POST US AGAIN. SOMETIMES EMAILS GET LOST AND/OR ACCIDENTALLY ERASED AND WE DON'T WANT ANYONE TO THINK WE IGNORING YOU OR THAT YOU ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO US....we will have many questions regarding design/color and size choices...as well as any other requirements you may have. If you have a picture of a historical item you want duplicated, let us know what book it is in as we have an extensive reference library. If you want something of a particular tribal affiliation and don't have a pattern we might be able to help. We require half down for custom orders and will make EVERY effort to finish your piece in a timely fashion. But please remember that delays can happen and a piece ahead of you may take longer than originally planned. This puts everyone elses order longer. While every effort is made to prevent delays, this can happen and I will update you periodically as to your order status. I am a full time quiller so the turn around time is fairly reasonable. I will notify you when the ship date gets close and email you a jpeg of the finished piece for your approval or suggestions for changes. Upon approval, the balance is paid and your piece is on its way to you. MY WORK IS GUARANTEED TO YOUR SATISFACTION Or I will make it so. I am looking forward to working with you.......Minx
